The front brace assembly for the ZOOMLION QUY80, QUY260 and ZCC crawler cranes is supplied as a lower and upper pair — two braces, new, for the front of the machine. Like most heavy equipment spare parts, it is ordered by number rather than by description, so the reference on the old brace and the model on the machine plate are what the order is built from.
The lower and the upper are not the same component: they carry different references and different geometry, and they are listed together here so a workshop can renew the pair in one job instead of waiting on two deliveries weeks apart. Each one arrives complete and ready to fit, rather than as a bare bracket that has to be built up from the old part.
Most crane spare part orders like this leave us after a knock at the front end, a seized roller, or a planned overhaul where the braces come off anyway and the old ones are not worth refitting. What hurts in those situations is not the price of the bracket — it is a crane standing idle while somebody works out which reference belongs on the machine.

ZOOMLION Heavy Industry Science & Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 1992 and builds high-tech equipment for the engineering and agricultural industries. It has grown into a global enterprise with 10 major categories, 56 product lines and close to 600 products, and it was the first construction machinery company in China to list on both the Shenzhen and Hong Kong stock exchanges, with registered capital of RMB 7.664 billion. Its current direction is high-end equipment that brings engineering machinery, agricultural machinery and financial services together.
That scale is also why the model and the build year matter when you order a front brace assembly: a machine built in one year does not always carry the same front-end bracket as one that left the works a few years later. We have spent close to ten years as one of the crane parts suppliers working with ZOOMLION crawler cranes, and our customers now cover more than 20 countries, with after-sales service stations in a number of them. For new and revised ZOOMLION crane parts, our engineers can also attend on site when a repair needs more than a parts counter.

| Category | What we hold |
| Electrical and control | Load cells, Rexroth controllers, electrical joysticks and pedals, crane displays, length and angle sensors |
| Camera and monitoring | Crane cameras, monitors and display units for site visibility |
| Structural parts | Crane booms, link panels, pins and axles, counterweights, hoist winches |
| Crane sheaves | Sheaves and pulley blocks for wire rope hoisting, in steel and nylon |
| Undercarriage parts | Track shoes, track rollers, idlers and drive sprockets |
| Crane cabin | Complete cabin assemblies and cab fittings |
| Forklift spare parts | Toyota forklift items for the yard machines |
| Construction machinery spare parts | Filters, seal kits, repair kits and maintenance items |
| Other brands | SANY, XCMG and FUWA heavy equipment spare parts for mixed fleets |

Not sure which part fits your machine? Send the part number, the machine model, and a photo of the nameplate or the worn item, and our engineers — each with more than ten years in the construction machinery business — will confirm the correct reference and quote it. We advise on installation, help trace faults, and answer technical questions before and after dispatch. Since 2017 we have built this support on a supplier network covering FUWA, SANY, XCMG and ZOOMLION crane parts, so older and hard-to-find references can usually still be sourced.

No. They are two separate references with their own geometry, and one will not substitute for the other — the holes will not line up and the linkage travel will be wrong. When you order, tell us whether the lower, the upper or both failed, and we will quote the right one.
A photo of the old brace, a photo of the machine nameplate or the model painted on the crane, and the hole spacing if you can measure it. Numbers get painted over or ground off on machines that have worked for years, and the model plus a clear photo is usually enough for our engineers to identify the reference. If the brace is already off, lay it flat and photograph the mounting face straight on.
We would not advise it. A brace carries load through the front structure, and straightening or re-welding a deformed bracket changes how it takes that load and pulls the pivot geometry out of line. Every assembly we ship is 100% new — no straightening, no re-welding, no repainted used parts — because a structural crane spare part should go back on the machine in the condition it left the maker.
The assembly is finished in yellow paint, and the shade can vary slightly between production runs and against a brace that has spent years in the sun. Colour is cosmetic — what matters is that the paint covers the bracket, including the edges and the stud faces, which is part of what we check before packing. If a fleet standard colour matters to you, raise it before the order and we will confirm what can be done.
Every reference is checked against a pre-production sample before a batch goes into production, and each order gets a final inspection before it leaves the warehouse — hole pattern, stud thread, roller movement and spring travel on the brace, plus the packing itself. If you want to see photos of the actual piece before it ships, ask when you place the order.
