Hard-working diesel engines are hard on filters, and the five references in this group cover both sides of the job on a crawler crane — two SANY oil filter references and three fuel filter references. Ordering them together means a service stop does not stall because one small number was missing from the shelf.
Every filter here is a sealed spin-on canister. It threads onto its housing, seals on a fresh gasket and is replaced as a whole unit, which keeps engine filter replacement quick: there is no element to wash out and no housing to open. The oil filters sit on the engine lubrication circuit, the fuel filters sit on the diesel supply line, and both come off during the same service.
We supply these sany filters for SANY crawler cranes and for other SANY machinery running the same engine family, and we keep them alongside the sany crane parts our customers already buy for the rest of the machine. Fleets with several SANY units tend to order by the set: one service, one shipment, one box on the shelf.
Filters are one line of the catalogue rather than the whole of it. We also handle the rest of the construction machinery spare parts a crane fleet runs on — structure, undercarriage, hydraulic and electrical components, track components, valves and controllers, plus structural items cut from 35SiMn, 35SiMnMo and 28CrMnMo alloy steels.
Those lines also include crane boom parts. Between them they cover the SANY fleet and the FUWA QUY35 to QUY1250 crawler range.

Not sure which part fits your machine? Send the part number, the machine model, and a photo of the nameplate or the worn item, and our engineers — each with more than ten years in the construction machinery spare parts business — will confirm the correct reference and quote it. We advise on installation, help trace faults, and answer technical questions before and after dispatch. Since 2017 we have built this support on a supplier network covering FUWA, SANY, XCMG and ZOOMLION, so older and hard-to-find references can usually still be sourced.
The same desk handles SANY crane parts, filters and the rest of the machine, so a mixed list can be checked in one pass.

Yes. Send the model and serial number from the machine plate, plus a photograph of the old filter and its carton if you still have them. Most sany filters can be pinned down from that, and where the old canister is already in the bin, a photo of the empty housing and its thread is usually enough. If you are ordering other crawler crane parts at the same time, put them in the same message and we will match everything together.
Yes. Send the model and serial number and we will list the oil and fuel filters that machine actually uses, so you order one set instead of checking each position yourself. If the same crane is due other work, the filters can travel with the other crane spare parts on the same shipment.
Reorder on the number printed on the canister itself. Both codes belong to the same filter package: 60251839 is the filter reference, and 60151839 appears on the carton that ships with it. Quote the canister number when you order and add the carton code if you have it, so the two can be checked against each other. If a box carries a number you cannot place, photograph the label before ordering and we will confirm which one identifies the filter.
The references are used across SANY machinery running the same engine family, not only crawler cranes, so a drill rig or a truck crane in the same fleet may take the same filter. Fitment follows the engine and the filter position rather than the badge on the cab, which is why the number on the canister matters more than the model number on the machine. Send the engine family from the plate and we will confirm it against the heavy equipment spare parts we hold for that unit.
Follow the interval in the machine's own maintenance schedule — it is set by the engine maker and shifts with fuel quality and duty cycle. Two practical additions: change the fuel filter whenever a batch of dirty or watery diesel has gone through the tank, and do not stretch an oil filter interval because the oil still looks clean. Keeping one set on the shelf per machine is cheaper than a rush order in the middle of a lift.
