Description

Product Overview

Yellow hydraulic control valve block assembly, front view

On a SANY crane or rotary drilling rig, the hydraulic main valve is the block that takes pump flow and divides it between the boom, winch, travel and auxiliary circuits. This one is built as a stacked, multi-section assembly: a bolted body with threaded ports, individual valve sections fastened together, and a painted housing that carries the SANY identification plate with its type and serial fields.

We supply it new, as a direct replacement for the same reference on SANY construction machinery, and the same block is used on SANY rotary drilling rigs. A machine that has lost a function, drifts under load, runs hot or will not hold pressure is often showing a valve problem rather than a pump problem, and fitting a complete block gets it back to work faster than stripping and rebuilding the old casting.

Because the assembly arrives complete, a main control valve replacement is a remove-and-refit job. Hoses come off, the old block comes out, the new one goes on the same mounting points, and the hoses return to the same ports. There is nothing to machine and nothing to re-seal beyond the fittings you disturb.

Fleet maintenance teams buy it as a drop-in replacement to keep a machine on schedule. Repair workshops keep one on the shelf for machines that come in with contaminated or worn hydraulics, and parts traders add it to mixed shipments of crawler crane parts.

Buyers building a project order often pair it with the seals and filters needed for the same repair, and because the range also covers other construction machinery spare parts, one enquiry can cover the whole job.

Key Features

  • Stacked section construction: each circuit has its own valve section bolted into the same body, so the block lifts out as one unit and a technician can trace which section serves which function before anything is loosened.
  • Identification you can trace: the plate carries type and serial fields, and photographing it before installation puts a known reference into the machine's maintenance record.
  • Threaded ports and a bolted body: hoses and fittings return to the same positions, and the hydraulic valve block can be worked on without cutting hydraulic lines.
  • Pressure headroom for heavy-lift duty: the SANY hydraulic main valve is rated to work above the normal operating band, which keeps response steady through the pressure spikes that come with lifting and drilling.
  • New condition throughout: the construction machinery spare parts we ship leave as new units checked against the reference you ordered, never a reworked or used body.
  • Direct replacement fit: the mounting points, port positions and section layout follow the SANY pattern for this reference, so brackets, hoses and linkages line up as they did on the original, on crawler machines and mobile crane parts fitments alike.

Part-Number & Fitment Check

  1. Photograph the plate on the old valve. The type and serial fields are what we match against, and a straight-on, well-lit photo usually settles in one round what would otherwise take a week of emails.
  2. Count the sections and map the ports. Note how many sections the old hydraulic valve block carries and the position and thread of each port; photos of the front face and both ends with a tape in frame let our engineers compare layouts.
  3. Send the machine details. SANY model, serial number and year of build narrow the reference down, because the same valve can appear across several builds and the mobile crane parts listings overlap with the crawler machines.
  4. Describe the symptom. A function that has gone slow, a spool drifting under load, oil running hot or a leak at the section joints all help confirm that a main control valve replacement is the right call rather than a pump, a cylinder or a relief valve.
  5. Wait for written confirmation. We reply with the reference we will supply and the supports check when the crate is opened; if the old plate is unreadable, dimensioned photos and the machine serial are usually enough to work from.

Applications

The largest share of these valves goes into crawler crane hydraulic systems, where the block manages hoist, boom and travel circuits through a full shift. The same reference appears on SANY mobile crane builds and on SANY rotary drilling rig models, where it controls the power sent to the rig's hydraulic functions.

Beyond cranes it is used wherever a multi-section hydraulic control valve of this layout is specified for construction machinery fluid control — heavy lifting attachments, specialist carriers and plant equipment included. Repair workshops meet it after a contamination event or a hose failure that pushed debris through the circuit, and swap the block rather than chase a scored spool.

Fleet owners keep a spare against the day a machine goes down mid-project. Traders who stock crawler crane parts for their region often carry one beside filters and seal kits, and buyers assembling machine-specific packages add it to an order that already includes pumps and motors.

Installation & Commissioning

  1. Clean the machine before you open it. Degrease and wash down the valve bay and let it dry, so grit cannot fall into open ports while the lines are off.
  2. Isolate and depressurise. Release accumulator pressure and lock out the hydraulic system as the machine's service manual describes before a single fitting is loosened.
  3. Tag every connection. Mark each hose, coil lead and linkage as it comes off, and photograph the block from three angles before removal — reassembly is quicker with a picture than with memory.
  4. Drain and cap. Catch the oil, cap the open hoses and plug the ports on the old hydraulic control valve so the workshop floor stays clean and the circuit stays free of dirt.
  5. Prepare the mounting face. Clean the bracket and check the fasteners and coupling before the new block is lifted in — a hydraulic crane part fitted onto a burred flange will weep no matter how well it was built.
  6. Fit it with new seals. Seat the valve, reconnect in the tagged order, and tighten fasteners and fittings to the figures in the service manual rather than by feel — a main control valve replacement is only as good as the torque that holds it.
  7. Commission slowly. Refill with clean oil of the specified grade, bleed the circuit, then run each function at low load and watch for leaks, drift or sluggish response before the machine goes back to work. Write the serial number into the maintenance log while the bay is still open.

Valve Range & Related Parts

  • REXROTH references: M4 series valves, directional control valves and solenoid coils for machines built around Rexroth hydraulics.
  • Kawasaki and CAT valves: precision components for heavy-load hydraulic systems on cranes and rigs.
  • XCMG and ZOOMLION valves: master valves and control blocks matched to those machines.
  • Coils and seal kits: solenoid coils compatible with REXROTH and other international brands, plus the seal and repair kits for the same service.
  • Hydraulic pumps, motors and proportional valves: the components either side of the main valve, so a rebuild can be covered without a second supplier.
  • Electrical items: crane electrical components such as monitors, controllers, sensors, cables and switches for the same machines.
  • Load-system parts: a crane load indicator, limiter or display can be added when the machine's safety system needs attention.
  • Structural and undercarriage stock: mobile crane parts including wire rope, sheaves, rollers and track shoes for the machines in the same yard.
  • Drawing-based requirements: where a reference is not available, send the technical drawing and our engineers will check what can be matched to it.

Section Repair & Spares

  • Diagnose before you dismantle. Note which function has failed and whether the machine is slow everywhere or only on one circuit. A single dead or drifting function usually supports one section and its pilot line, while a block that runs hot, will not hold pressure or weeps at the section joints supports the assembly as a whole.
  • Cross-check the electrics first. Coils of the same type are interchangeable between positions, so swapping two coil leads is a two-minute test: if the fault follows the coil, you need a coil, not a valve.
  • Know what can be renewed in place. Solenoid coils, the seals at the section joints and the seal and repair kits for this block are all supplied separately, so a weeping joint or a burnt coil does not have to become a valve order.
  • Know what cannot. The sections are bolted into one common body, and the joint faces and spool bores are machined as a matched set. Once a bore is scored or a face is marked, fitting a single section rarely restores the function cleanly, and the complete hydraulic main valve is the quicker, more certain repair.
  • If you still want to chase one section, send the case in full: a photo of each end of the block so the section count is clear, the type plate, the symptom, and any pressure readings the workshop has taken. We check the casting against what we can source and tell you plainly whether a section is realistic or whether the complete unit is the only sensible route.
  • Stock the parts that cause the callout. Contamination and heat are what bring these blocks in, so keep filters, a seal kit and one coil per machine type on the shelf beside your other crane spare parts — a split hose or a dirty tank usually starts the damage.
  • Plan the sequence. Flush the circuit and change the filters before the block goes back on, then take an oil sample once the machine has run. Debris left in the lines will score a new spool as quickly as it scored the old one.
  • Keep the paperwork with the machine. Parts from this range are covered against material and workmanship defects; the plate photo and the invoice stored with the service record let a claim be handled without digging through the workshop file.

Technical Support & Model Matching

Not sure which hydraulic valve block or other part fits your machine? Send the part number, the machine model, and a photo of the nameplate or the worn item, and our engineers — each with more than ten years in the construction machinery business — will confirm the correct reference and quote it. We advise on installation, help trace faults, and answer technical questions before and after dispatch. Since 2017 we have built this support on a supplier network covering FUWA, SANY, XCMG and ZOOMLION, so older and hard-to-find references can usually still be sourced.

FAQ

Why choose us for a SANY main valve replacement?

Because the fitment question is answered before the part ships. We read the type and serial fields on your old plate, check them against the machine model, and reply with the reference we will supply — so the valve that arrives is the one the machine was built around. If the plate is worn or missing, dimensioned photos usually settle it. After fitting, the same engineers stay available for questions on response and pressure behaviour, and for anything else on the machine that does not settle, whether that is a monitor, a limiter or a crane load indicator.

What products do you supply?

Hydraulic pumps, hydraulic motors, main and directional valves, proportional valves, solenoid coils, filters, seal kits, repair kits, undercarriage parts, structural components, planetary gears and crane electrical components such as monitors, controllers, sensors, cables and switches. We source crane spare parts by part number, drawing or photo when the standard reference is not enough. Crawler crane parts for SANY, FUWA, XCMG and ZOOMLION machines are the core of the range, alongside rotary drilling rig, excavator and concrete pump truck items.

Why choose us over other suppliers?

Most crane parts suppliers will quote exactly what is on your list and leave the fitment question with you. We would rather confirm the reference against your machine first, then quote, because a valve that arrives one build too early or too late costs a week of downtime. We have traded since 2017 and work with customers in more than 30 countries, and hydraulic and crane electrical components sit in the same warehouse — so a repair that turns out to need a coil or a seal kit as well does not become a second order.

What industries do your products serve?

Construction is the main one: crawler cranes, mobile cranes, rotary drilling rigs, excavators and concrete pump trucks, whether on site, in a rental yard or in a repair workshop. Most of our construction machinery spare parts are bought for exactly those machines. Beyond construction, components go into agricultural equipment such as harvesters, tractors and irrigation systems, and into automotive hydraulic braking and steering units.

How do you ensure product quality?

Three checks stand between a part and its crate. First, prototypes and sample units are tested and approved before a production run starts. Second, in-process monitoring keeps the work to the factory's own inspection standard while the batch is being built. Third, every unit gets a final functional test and its documentation before packing. That is how a hydraulic crane part leaves here as a tested new unit rather than simply a boxed one.

What is your warranty policy?

Coverage runs for 2500 working hours or one year, whichever comes first, and it covers material and workmanship defects. If something fails inside that window, send photographs of the part and its plate, the machine serial and a short description of what happened. Our engineers assess the failure with you and, where it falls under coverage, arrange the replacement and the technical follow-up.

Can I buy the solenoid coils and seal kits on their own?

Yes. Coils compatible with REXROTH and other international brands, seal kits and repair kits are all available separately, which is worth doing while a machine is already open — a coil that has been running hot or a seal weeping at a flange is far easier to change now than to revisit in a month. Send the reference printed on the coil and the section layout of the valve, and we will match them.

Can I replace just one section of the block instead of the whole valve?

The block is supplied as a complete assembly, which is usually the faster route once a spool is scored or a section body is damaged. If you suspect only one section is at fault, send photographs of the block and the symptoms you are seeing. Section-level repair depends on the casting and the extent of the damage, and our engineers will tell you plainly whether chasing a single section is worth it or whether the complete valve is the sensible answer.
