Machines working in mining and heavy lifting rarely stop because a part is obsolete. this product covers the two things that usually go together: gear shafts, planetary gears and gear teeth machined to drawing, and the planetary gearboxes those parts sit inside on FUWA crawler cranes and SANY rotary drilling rigs.
Most enquiries begin with a worn or broken gear in a hoist, slewing or travel drive, or with a machine whose original part number no longer appears in any catalogue. We work from whatever you have — a drawing, a sample, or the numbers on the gearbox nameplate — and machine the replacement to suit. Alongside the made-to-order work we supply crane spare parts and complete gearboxes, so a transmission repair does not have to be split between two suppliers.
Buyers are usually maintenance managers, workshop fitters and parts dealers keeping mixed fleets of FUWA, SANY, XCMG and ZOOMLION machines in service. Tell us the machine and where the part sits, and we confirm what fits before anything is cut.

Gears and shafts are cut from 20CrMnTi alloy steel and case-hardened so the tooth flanks reach HRC 58-62 while the core stays tough enough to absorb shock. In a hoist or travel drive that combination is what stops a tooth from pitting and spalling when the load reverses; a gear that is hard all the way through cracks instead. Machining follows the drawing: splines and journals are finished to the fit the shaft needs, and a bore is cut to the bearing or shaft that sits in it rather than to a convenient nominal size.
Assembled gearboxes are sealed to IP65 against dust and water, which matters on a machine that is washed down at a port or works in a quarry. Where your drawing calls for a different grade or a different hardening depth, we machine to that and note it on the quotation; any recommendation of our own is stated before cutting starts. The same build standard applies whether we are cutting a single gear shaft or a batch of crane spare parts for a fleet.

A gearbox usually comes out because of a symptom rather than a sudden stop: metal in the oil, a whine that follows the load, oil weeping at the output seal, or a case running hotter than it used to. Once the unit is on the bench the question is whether to rebuild or replace. Rebuilding is normally the faster answer when the housing, bearing seats and mounting are still sound, and it keeps the machine on its original mounting and shaft arrangement.
We supply what a rebuild needs — individual gears, gear shafts, seal and bearing sets, repair kits for hoist and travel drives — matched to the numbers on the gearbox nameplate rather than to a generic size. A new gear fitted on a worn bearing usually repeats the same failure, so the seal and bearing set is normally replaced at the same time as the gear. Send the unit or the damaged parts and we measure them against the original specification before quoting.
As a crane parts supplier we already hold the gear, seal and bearing references for these units, so a rebuild does not turn into a search for four different items from four different places.
| Order quantity | Single units are accepted — there is no bulk-only requirement |
| Stock parts | Confirmed at enquiry; typically 7–15 days, dispatched from Dalian or Shanghai |
| Made-to-order gears and gearboxes | Typically 25–30 days, counted from your approval of the drawing |
| Trade terms | EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF |
| Payment | T/T, Western Union, L/C |
| Warranty | Confirmed on your order — typically 2500 working hours or one year, whichever comes first |
| Packing | Export packing suited to the part and the route; confirm the method for your shipment |
| Order handling | Sourcing, machining and inspection records stay with one crane parts supplier |
| What to send with your enquiry | Machine model, the numbers from the gearbox or pump nameplate, and the part you are replacing |
When a machine is out of production but still working, the part number matters more than ever. If the number you have is discontinued or hard to trace, send us the machine model together with that number: we search our supplier network, confirm what is genuinely available, and give you a straight answer before you commit. Where the original is no longer made, we set out the alternatives we can actually supply, or an upgrade path, and coordinate samples, inspection and made-to-order work with the suppliers we buy from. Sourcing, consolidation and export handling stay with us.
Yes. We supply original Rexroth GFT and Kawasaki units alongside Huade HD-HB gearboxes produced under Chinese OEM arrangements. Every gearbox goes out against its original model number, and the unit, its condition and its origin are stated on your quotation before you commit. The same sourcing channels cover the other heavy equipment parts we supply.
That is a large part of this work. Send the drawing, the number stamped on the housing, or the gearbox itself, and we reproduce what you need — usually in an upgraded material. Legacy units are matched by the numbers on the housing and by the internal gear set, so the replacement keeps the original mounting, shaft and ratio.
Yes — seals, bearings, gaskets and individual gears are available for the units we supply. Give us the gearbox model, or the numbers on the old seal and bearing, and we match the set to the position you are rebuilding so the kit arrives complete for that stage.
Send the machine model and the details from the nameplate — a Rexroth A11VO pump on a FUWA crawler crane, for example. We check the mounting, the spline or keyed shaft, the ratio and the flange pattern against the original, and confirm fitment before you order. Photographs of the old unit and its nameplate, plus the list of crawler crane parts you are replacing, speed that up.
Yes. Send the drawing, or the worn part if there is no drawing, together with any material and heat treatment you have specified; where nothing is specified we propose the steel and hardening and tell you what we intend to use. The finished part is measured against the approved dimensions before it ships, the same way we check any crane parts order.
Usually. Send the gear itself, or clear photographs with a rule or caliper laid alongside it, together with the machine model and the gearbox it came out of, and we work back from the part to the original specification. The same approach works for other construction machinery spare parts where the markings have worn away.
