The IK2001 is the load display fitted in the cab of the FUWA QUY250 crawler crane that runs the IFLEX system. It is the panel the operator watches through every lift: the screen takes the load data the IFLEX system sends over CAN and presents it clearly, while the keys below the screen are used to page through the readings and clear warnings. The unit arrives as a complete front panel with its rear housing, so it goes into the opening left by the display being replaced. We keep it as a crane spare parts line, which means a failed screen does not have to put the crane out of service for weeks.

Most of these displays go into work where the readout has to be right on every shift: precast yards and batching plants, bridge and steel erection, piling and groundwork, and the general site lifting that fills a crawler crane's week. Rental fleets order one when a machine comes back with a dead or damaged screen, because a crane with no working load indicator cannot be sent out to a job. Service workshops fit them during planned electrical work instead of waiting for a failure. Distributors that already carry heavy equipment parts for several crane brands keep a unit or two on the shelf so an urgent call is answered from stock.
Not sure which part fits your machine? Send us the OEM part number, the machine model, and a photo or drawing, and we will help you match the correct item. We supply crane and construction machinery spares across Cummins, SANY, Caterpillar and FUWA applications, covering solenoid valves and coils, angle sensors, wiring harnesses, couplings and load moment indicators. We also assist with fitting questions, wiring checks and fault tracing, and can produce custom parts to your drawings when a standard item is not the right answer.
It is supplied for the FUWA QUY250 crawler crane running the IFLEX system. Other FUWA models use different displays, so before you order, compare the markings and connector layout on the unit you are removing with the display you are buying. Getting that match right is the whole point of buying OEM replacement parts rather than a generic panel.
The screen shows the load data the IFLEX system is feeding it: the hook load being read, the rated values for the current boom configuration, and the working figures the operator uses to judge the lift. Alerts appear on the same panel and are cleared from it, so the operator's attention stays where the lift is being controlled.
Changing the display is not the same as recalibrating the limiter. Check the readings against the load chart after fitting and confirm the alarm and cut-off functions behave as they should before the machine returns to work. If a reading looks wrong, stop and speak to our engineers; we support calibration of load moment limiters, angle sensors and displays.
Both sizes are supplied, and the right one is decided by the cab rather than by preference, because the display has to sit in the existing console opening and behind the same bezel as the unit you remove. Measure that opening, or send a photo of the old panel with its markings, as screen size is one of the details that most often goes wrong on construction machinery spare parts orders.
Cover is 2500 working hours or one year, whichever comes first. That structure suits cranes on long shifts, where a calendar-only warranty would run out early on a machine that works every day. As a crane parts supplier we record the cover against your order, so a claim only needs the part number and the hour reading from the machine.
It is supplied for the FUWA QUY250 running the IFLEX system, but it is not the only Hirschmann display we handle; we cover the other units used on FUWA machines and on cranes from other manufacturers as well. Send the part number from the display you are removing and we will match it against the crane parts we stock, rather than guessing from the crane model alone.
