Key Features
- Direct fit for SANY concrete pump applications: the unit follows the original mounting and connector layout, so nothing has to be adapted on site.
- Complete assembly in one box: the cable and multi-pin plug come already attached, so the swap is a single visit rather than two.
- Part of a wider electrical range: the same department handles angle sensors, wind speed sensors, overload protection devices, monitors and controllers, so the electrical side of a crane spare parts order is finished in one shipment.
- Built for the job: these are heavy equipment parts, and the ones that sit on a pump live in dust, vibration and washdown, so each unit is tested for durability in harsh environments before it is packed.

Applications
- Machines in daily service: the usual trigger is a reading that drifts or jumps, or a display that stops updating the angle altogether while the pump keeps working.
- Workshop rebuilds: if the pump is already in for electrical work, the sensor is replaced in the same visit instead of causing a second outage weeks later.
- Fleet preventive maintenance: keeping one unit on the shelf means a failed reading does not hold up a scheduled pour while a replacement is sourced.
- Distributors and aftermarket importers: construction machinery spare parts buyers stock this item because it is small, recurring and quick to move.
- Mixed fleets: workshops that already handle crane parts for SANY, XCMG, ZOOMLION and FUWA machines can add concrete pump electrical work to the same order.
Installation & Commissioning
- Isolate the machine and lock it out before opening any electrical cover, then photograph the sensor and its connector so the original layout is on record.
- Note the angle of the orientation marks on the face of the old unit before you loosen anything; that reference is what keeps the replacement aligned.
- Release the multi-pin connector by its grip rather than by pulling the cable, then remove the mounting bolt and lift the sensor clear of the bracket.
- Fit the new unit to the same bracket, line its marks up with the angle you recorded, and tighten the mounting bolt.
- Reconnect the plug until it seats, restore power, and watch the reading across the full travel of the structure rather than at a single position.
- If a fixed offset shows afterwards, zero the angle through the machine monitor; our engineers can talk you through the menu for your model.
Technical Support & Model Matching
Not sure which part fits your machine? Send us the OEM part number, the machine model, and a photo or drawing, and we will help you match the correct item. We supply crane and construction machinery spares across Cummins, SANY, Caterpillar and FUWA applications, covering solenoid valves and coils, angle sensors, wiring harnesses, couplings and load moment indicators. We also assist with fitting questions, wiring checks and fault tracing, and can produce custom parts to your drawings when a standard item is not the right answer.
